Pokhara—Nepali Congress central committee member Arjun Narsingh KC accused the Nepal government of pushing the nation into new conflict by banning the activities of Netra Bikram Chand Biplav led Nepal Communist Party.
Leader KC further said that government could not ban that party as political parties could not be barred from doing their activities in democracy. He suggested the government to watch NCP activities closely and to control only after if there seems wrong in their activities.
He also accused Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli of looting country misusing the state power and Biplav misusing weapons. KC was speaking at a press meet organized by Nepal Press Union Kaski. KC claimed that the government is fail in maintaining the peace and security in the country.
Saying that the guarantee of security and freedom of people is government’s responsibility, leader KC added the recent deal between government and Dr CK Raut was wrong. According to him, Dr Raut used the government for his vested interest of Free Madhesh. “It seems dramatic to release a separatist from a jail,” KC said, the 11 point deal also is dramatic.
