Hill stations around pokhara witness heavy snowfall

Pokhara—The hill stations around touristy Pokhara Valley have witnessed heavy snowfall in midnight. Nepal saw incessant rainfall for three consecutive day and snowfall happened before ending the rain today.

Local people from hillsides, foreign tourists and domestic tourists are enjoying snowfall. Lumle, Pothana, Austrian Camp, Sikles, Tangting, Armala, Bhadaure, Dhampus and Panchase have been covered with thick snow.

Hundreds of people have reached the hill stations to enjoy the snow. They are enjoying taking photos and videos in snowy sites. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DoHM), the adverse weather will be improved in the western parts of the country from Saturday.
