Pokhara—Nepal Government has formed a two-member talks team hold dialogue with Netra Bikram Chand Biplav led Communist Party of Nepal (CPN). The team led by Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal, consists of a member Rajan Bhattarai, who is the foreign affairs adviser of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
In response to the government move, Biplav led CPN also formed a talks team led by Khadga Bahadur BK Prakanda. Uday Chalaune Deepak is the member of this dialogue team. Biplav’s party is reportedly going to issue a release stating that party views.
This party has been urging to release arrested party leaders and cadres. At the same time, the party also demands two lift the restriction over it. The government had issued a restriction over the Biplav led party CPN two years ago.
