Two missing after Phewa boat capsize

Recentfusion.com—Pokhara:  Two youths went missing after a boat with 8 people overturned at Phewa Lake in Pokhara on Tuesday.

According to District Police Office Kaski, Prateek Shrestha 19, from Chakrapath Kathmandu and Alin KC 23, from Gangabu Kathmandu are missing following the accident. The treatment of injured six who were rescued from the accident site is undergoing in Gandaki Medical College Pokhara.

According to DPO Kaski DSP Gaju Siddha Bajracharya, youths from Kathmandu- Saugat Shrestha 19, Roshan Neupane, Samrat Gautam, Dipak Neupane, Bidur Dhital from Makawanpur and boatwoman Ganga Basnet 30 from Sindhuli injured during the accident.

Security personals from Control Room Vehicle Hallanchok operated by DPO Kaski and ward police office Baidam had reached to the lake as police learnt about the accident at around 16.55, Nepali local time. They all arrived here to visit the Pokhara.  Armed police force personals are searching the missing duos. The cause of accident is not taken out.
