Recentfusion.com–Pokhara: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal claimed that the preparation of constitution amendment was in final stage. Addressing a meeting of legislative parliament on Wednesday, PM Dahal informed that the draft bill of constitution amendment is all set to its final shape.
According to him, the amendment bill would be tabled in parliament by Tihar or Chhat. He also added that the government is under informal discussion to Nepali Congress and agitating Madheshi forces to prepare the bill. Dahal added, the government is serious on holding elections following the constitution amendment.
He also said that from the past experiences, the government this time is holding talks with Madheshi force informally. Before his speech, PM Dahal discussed with CPN-UML President KP Sharma Oli in speaker chamber.
He claimed that his recent visit to India during BRICS Summit in Goa was very successful. He termed his joint meeting with Chinese president Xi Jinping and Indian PM Narendra Modi a blissful coincidence. PM Dahal also claimed that president Xi would visit to Nepal near future.
