Recentfusion.com—Pokhara: A jailbird Pushkar Khadaka who dramatically fled police custody reportedly from a hotel of Pokhara following his toothache treatment in a local hospital has been arrested in Kathmandu.
Fraudster Khadka 34 who is originally from a Kavre Ganeshsthan and was living in Makawanpur and has been serving his sentence in Kaski district jail had absconded on November 24. According to police, he had raped a girl on December 2; and later in December 8 while he tried to rape another girl promising her to make a model reached again in police custody from a hotel of Kathmandu.
According to Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu SP Pradyumna Karki, arrested Kahdka introduced himself as Abhya Khadka while on the custody but as police verified his pictures and records he turned the same person who absconded from Kaski Police. He will be brought to Pokhara after required investigation in Kathmandu.
Four year before Khadka had looted jewelries from two women of Pokhara calling them in a hotel room and remained succeed to flee the hotel. Later, he was arrested in Kathmandu four year before and was brought to Pokhara. He was serving 6 years of sentence in Kaski District Jail after the verdict of Kaski District Court.
