Pokhara—Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said that the Government is doing well to control the Covid-19 pandemic in Nepal. Addressing his people on the occasion of 6th Constitution Day from Tundikhel, PM Oli claimed that the Covid -19 is not out of control in the country.
He also added that the economic growth of the country went down due to the Coronavirus. According to him, if there was no Coronavirus in Nepal, dozens of national pride projects would see massive growth. He gave the examples of Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa, Upper Tamakoshi Hydro Project, Melamchi Drinking Water Project, and Dharahara of Kathmandu.
He informed that the government has established so many health-related infrastructures following the pandemic. PM Oli however expressed his dissatisfaction over the criticisms regarding the government’s initiations taken to control the Coronavirus in Nepal.
