82,000 youths see Korea dream

Pokhara—More than 82,264 aspirants have filled up a form of Employment Permit System (EPS) to appear in the examination of South Korean language test that is scheduled for June 9 and 10 in Nepal.

After the examination, a total of 7,100 youth would be eligible to go to Korea for employment. Of them, 2,300 are allocated for agriculture sector and 4,800 for production sector. Last year, a total of 75,580 youths had filled up forms for EPS examination. 18 to 39 years old youth were eligible to fill up a form after paying $24 in Global IME Bank

EPS Korea branch Nepal had managed online form filling system since March 22 to 31, 2018. According to EPS Nepal branch Spokesperson Shobhakar Bhandari, 39,640 applied for agriculture sector and rest applied for production sector. 12,000 applicants will appear in examination from Pokhara center.
