International Food Carnival on April 13

Pokhara—Iblues Management Pvt. Ltd. is to organized a Pokhara Food Carnival on the occasion of Nepali New year eve on April 13 at Pokhara Exhibition Center in Nayabazaar. According to Iblues Vice Chairman Dhiraj Thapa, food and beverage including partying and DJing would be the major attractions of the carnival.

Cultural attiring, face mask making and dresses of various jobs and professions also would be added in the festival. People also can visit the festival having a dress of doctor, pilot, police, army, nurse, air hostess and athlete. At the same time, they also can have a looks of angel, animal, cartoon, gate keeper, Red Indian, Santa Claus and joker. Person who comes in a best attiring would be given a prize of a tour package of Singapore, Thailand, Dubai and Indonesia.

At the same time, person who presents his best beard would also be given an iPhone 8 plus as prize. Similarly, best hair stylish- five men and five women would be given the service of manicure pedicure, hair coloring, dreadlocks, facial, hair straight, curly, hair cut and massage from Hong Kong Unique Saloon in Midtown Galleria. 10 best dressed women would be given shopping voucher of Cloud 9 of Mid Town.

Popular DJs like Sakar, Rupesh, Prajwal, Jeevan including lady DJs would give their performance during the festival. The entry ticket costs Rs 1,000 for day time and Rs 2,000 for 5pm onward. 2500 visitors including 200 to 500 foreigners have been expected in the festival. 5 percent of the income would be donated to Rastriya Aviskar Kendra of Mahabir Pun.

According to Ilblues secretary and MD Kushal Thapa, the festival aims to conserve Nepali culture and tradition. ‘Unity in diversities is also our goal’, said Iblues president Sajana Thapa. The role of official media of the carnival has been given to Tandav News.
