Sasto Bazaar comes into operation in Pokhara

PokharPokhara—Pokhara Sasto Bazaar has come into operation from today in Prithvi Chowk of Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City. The bazaar covers the five ropani of land area. Rs 70 million have already been invested and total investment will reach Rs 90 million by the time of its finishing touch, informed Yuba Raj Khatiwada, one of the investors of the bazaar developed by Surya Dil Group Investment Company Pvt. Ltd.

The iron cum cement built 3 storey structure has more than 400 stalls and most of them have been already booked. Wholesale and retail shops, departmental store, food grain shop, garment shop, restaurant, vegetable and fruit shops, electronic shops and grocery shops are the parts of this bazaar.

Purna Bahadur Pathak is another investor of the bazaar where Rajendra Bahadur Gorkhali is in the role of conserver. 1 lakh to 15 lakh rupees have been paid as collateral to book a stall that costs Rs 10,000 to 45,000 as monthly rent. A press meet was organized to inform about the opening of the bazaar today. FNJ Kaski joint secretary Dinnath Baral was the chief guest of that program.
