Two arrested for trading illegal drugs

Pokhara—The Narcotic Control Department of District Police Office Kaski arrested two persons for allegedly trading illegal pharmaceutical drugs in Pokhara on Tuesday.

According to Province 4 Police Office Pokhara, Subash Gurung, 28, of Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City-9 and Suman Gurung, 24, of Annapunra Rural Municipality- 8 were arrested from Chhorepatan and Lakeside respectively.

A team of police commanded by Inspector Rabindra Man Gurung also recovered 52 sets of nurofen, phenergan and diazepam each. Arrestees have been kept in the custody of DPO Kaski.
