At least four killed in Nuwakot bus accident

Nuwakot–At least four persons were killed and more than a dozen other injured when a bus plunged at Gurung Gaun in Nuwakot this afternoon. The bus with a number plate Ba 1 Kha 6348 was heading for Chhahare of Nuwakot from Kathmandu and veered off the road and fell down at Shiva Puri Rural Municipality- 7, informed district Police Office Nuwakot.

Police personnel and local people were busy for rescue following the accident that happened at around 12 noon. More than 50 passengers were believed to be travelled in the bus. The identity of deceased is yet to be known, informed Nuwakot SP Birendra Kumar Basyal.
