All 47 killed in Pakistan plane crash

Recentfusion.com—Islamabad: All 47 persons on board killed in the Pakistan International Airlines crash near Abbottabad Wednesday.

According to airline’s chairman, the pilot had informed he lost the control over one of the two engine of the plane before its crashing. International television channels have shown the flames erupted from the crash site.

According to CNN, the Flight PK-661 was carrying 42 passengers and five crew members when it lost contact with a control tower on its way from Chitral to Islamabad. It crashed into the mountains near Abbottabad and Havelian. Most of the bodies have been recovered from the wreckage. Pop star-turned-religious artist Junaid Jamshed also was a passenger of that flight.
