Recentfusion.com—Pokhara: Youth Federation Nepal (YFN) has felicitated tourism entrepreneur Naresh Bahadur Bhattarai for his tourism related contribution through his institution Mount Kailash Resort Pvt. Ltd. That had won the title of Business Initiative Directions (BID) Quality Award 2016 in International Gold Star for Quality in 30th World Quality Commitment, BID Convention held in Paris of France on October 15 and 16.
YFN center committee Chairman Rajib Pahari felicitated Bhattarai with felicitation letter and dosalla during a comprehensive gathering and ward convention of ward number- 6 committee of YFN on Thursday.
Speaking in a program, YFN chairman Pahari said that the Mt. Kailash Resort has been uplifting the prestige of Pokhara by winning the BID award. He also expected the contribution from the tourism entrepreneurs for the conservation of Phewa Lake who have been taking benefits from that lake directly or indirectly.
Resort owner Bhattarai said thanked YFN for the felicitation and added that the receiving BID award means the promotion of Pokhara in international areana. Mt. Kailash is the first BID winner of Nepal.
YFN Gandaki Zonal vice chairman Mahendra Gurung, Kaski District Chairman Bishnu Pun, CPN-UML ward’s acting Chairman Basu Dev Baral, YFN ward chairman Nirmal Pahari, secretary Srikrishna Adhikari, district member Dipendra Pahari also expressed their views during the program.
