Search for missing former minister undergoing in Trishuli

Recentfusion.com—Pokhara: The search of missing former home minister including his two brothers is undergoing in Trishuli River of Chitwan in Nepal on Monday.

Dozens of security personals are being deployed for search operation following the order of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda. The Scorpio car that was being travelled by former minister Ghimire and his two brothers- Mohan and Prakash had plunged into Trishuli River from Ghopte Bhir, the day before.

The car was going to Kathmandu from Mustang via Pokhara met an accident plunging 300 meters down to that river. According to Chitwan District SP Basanta Kunwar, professional divers with magnates are being deployed in the searching of missing ones. Nepal Police, Nepali Army and Armed Police Force are being deployed for search operation.

Former minister Ghimire’s mother Chaitnya Kumari 80, security guard Ram Chandra Karki and his nephew Narayan Prasad Kafle were killed during the accidents. Their dead bodies were recovered yesterday. Driver Bishnu Rai remained lucky.
