Pokhara: A person who introduced himself as a member of Nepal Army and was guarding the former crown princess Himani Shah in Pokhara has seized all the digital pictures photographed by Krishna Mani Baral, the lenseman affiliated to Nepal's number one English daily The Himalayan Times.

"Himani was paragliding and I was capturing the event," said Mr. Baral, taking me in control he ordered me to delete all the photographs though I presented my identify card. Himani and her inlaws have been visiting this resort town Pokhara for 3 days. She is staying in Fishtail Lodge of Pokhara.  On Sunday Himani did paragliding from Sarangkot to Khapaudi, the shore of Fewa Lake. Himani was flied with Brazilian Para pilot Ms Wildes Antonioli.

According to Baral, he was taken in control for more then 1 hour from Khapaudi at around 12 am without any warrant and taken to Lakeside of Pokhara to delete all the photographs. "He took me lakeside and downloaded (cut) all the photographs into a computer then he reloaded them into his camera's memory stick making my memory card empty," said Baral- but I recovered them later using recovery software with a help of an expert. At last he said sorry and warned me not to tell all the happenings to others before releasing me, said Baral.
