Pokhara: Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal today reiterated his commitment to bring the assailants of Biratnagar-based journalist Khil Nath Dhakal to justice. Khanal also condemned the recent attacks on mediapersons and said providing security to journalists was a government priority. “The government will leave no stone unturned to bring the people behind the attack (on Dhakal) to book,” the prime minister told the audience in Pokhara.

Chitwan : Nepali Congress leader Dr Ram Sharan Mahat said no other work can be accomplished without integration and management of People’s Liberation Army (PLA) combatants. The new constitution can be drafted only after integration and management of PLA fighters, he said talking to reporters at Bharatpur Airport. Mahat came here to take part in a programme. He claimed that PLA fighters are still under the Maoist command.
