Colleges and sexy dress up

She still talks about the dress of various colleges. When she got a school leaving certificate, she had asked me to recommend her such a college that has very sexy dress with short skirt. She is one of my close friends of Paschimanchal Higher Secondary School (PHSS) that she joined along with my suggestion.
These days all the +2 college-students taking part in the ongoing examination. And she is also one of them and doing well in every examination. Some time I muse on why this modern age's students give priority in dress than the college that has good result. It may be that students are fashion conscious and study will normally go on if they are psychologically satisfied.
I have so many girl friends that they passed their +2 with good marks even they wore very shirt skirt and sexy dresses during their college time. It is no doubt that everybody is aware of their career and leaves no stone unturned to have good study as far as they can. It we glimpse, dress factor may be an avoidable phenomenon before the good study but it's equally important at least in this modern age.
There are dozens of +2 colleges in Pokhara who have different kinds of dress. It can't be ignore that the more number of students are in same colleges who have sexy and short dresses. It even doesn't mean that the colleges which have long skirt and relatively unattractive dress have low number of students. Accessibility may be a major factor behind this state.
In Nepalese society, generally when women wear short dress to expose their body invites criticism. So, the college students who have very sexy and short dress are not out of criticism. But, modern students don't care it. My other friend told me that the colleges from Kathmandu have longer skirts than the college in Pokhara. Of course, Pokhara is city of fashion too.
