Nepal beats Laos to enter solidarity cup final

Recentfusion.com—Pokhara: Nepal beat Laos 3-0 to enter final of AFC Solidarity Cup in Malaysia today.

Kiran Chemjong saved two penalties shoots and Heman Gurung, Bikram Lama and Sujal Shrestha scored one each to advance Nepal in final. One penalty was overshoot by the player of Laos.

Earlier, in regular match, Laos led the game scoring in 17 minute. But, Nepal answered the goal in second half. Bimal Gharti converted a first goal for Nepal. The match tied in regular 90 minute match however Ananta Tamang added another goal for Nepal to make 2-1 score. However, Laos tied the match and decision was taken by tiebreaker.
