The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has resorted to take legal action against the officials of Banepa based Samjhana Finance Company and Bara based United Development Bank. The NRB has issued a formal letter to the Nepal Police and ask to take strict legal action against the officials of those two banks, allegedly involved in financial crime. The NRB has clearly mentioned the names of the responsible officials involved in financial crime.

Roberto Martinez to stay at Wigan

Pokhara: Despite interest from Aston Villa, Roberto Martinez has decided to stay at Wigan Athletic. Martinez spoke with Villa chairman Randy Lerner after the American made it clear that the Spaniard is free to fill the position left by Gerard Houllier if he wants to. Wigan chairman Dave Whelan was happy to grant Martinez permission to speak to the midlanders although he was confident that he would hold on to the 37-year-old.

Ricki Lake Sued for House Fire

Actress Ricki Lake has sued for reportedly starting a house fire in Malibu in September 2010. Lake was renting the beachfront home when it was destroyed by a massive fire. Lake is now being sued by the owner of the home, Hovsep Kousayan. Damages sought could be in the millions. In preparing the lawsuit, Kousayan reportedly spoke with emergency responders who claim that on the scene, Lake essentially admitted to causing the blaze.
